Holiday stay

The house was just what we needed for our holiday. Very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, great common areas and rooms for everyone to have their own space. We enjoyed the time out on the patio and pool.

Very spacious home and was exactly as described. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect location to relax, hang out by the pool and some sun. Great property!

this home was in the perfect location for our needs. super clean, great furnishings, quiet and safe neighborhood. plenty of great dining within 5 miles. owner was easy to work with and very personable.

Great property and great host!

Eric was an amazing host! He was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house was great for our large family, used the pool 24/7, and bonus it was walking distance to a park. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful home with a great patio and salt water pool

Rented with 2 other people lat year and this was Spyro be our winter getaway but circumstances changed. House a little large for one person, but I'd give the house and the convenience to highway, shopping, dining five stars

Beautiful - even though the TP was backwards :)

We were in town for some medical appointments and wanted a nice place to spend a couple nights. Our little one enjoyed the pool, the pups were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet, and everything was just as described. We will definitely look to stay here again if ever needed!

Great Family Gathering

The house met all our expectations. The only suggestion, if you’re interested, is the non-master bedrooms could use a dresser/shelves for clothes storage. Thanks for a great stay!

Memorial vacation

The house was exactly as it was listed, very pretty. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great. We had lots of fun. Would stay there again.
