Very convenient location. About 20 minutes to Phoenix international airport and to State farm stadium. Brand new hotel still has that new carpet smell. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Unexpected fees. Breakfast was moldy. Our "city view" was a construction site of houses being built. Woke up to noise from the construction. I feel bad for future residents of the houses being built becuase hotel visitors will have a direct view into their backyard.

New Hotel with worn down furniture

New hotel but rooms already look worn out. Maybe used furniture feom an other hotel that closed. I was very suprised when i walked into my room and notice the worn furniture.

We did not get what we were told that we would get regarding the room. When we went to breakfast, we could not get back into the room. We reserved the fourth floor with adjoining rooms, which we were told they did not have and we were put on the second floor. Not a good experience. Will not go back there again.

As of writing this review in January 2025 the property is only 5 months old. Everything is new and clean. The whole building smells like new carpet. Only draw back was that housekeeping is only offered every other day. We spent 2 nights and had to ask for new towels. The bed was not made nor was our trash taken out.
