"First, Georgia (homeowner) was outstanding with communication. Quick and clear responses to any questions. Second, the house was clean and convenient in a great location on the lake. The 2nd floor screened in deck with fans was where we spent most of our time playing games, eating and relaxing. We rented a boat from Georgia and she made it very convenient (offered to drop it off at our dock). 5 stars all around."

"I enjoyed the location of this property and the responsiveness of the host. However, all the good pictures of the house are in the post. The floor was soft, the bathroom door had been kicked in at some point and didn’t even shut. There were holes in the ceiling from a previous leak, etc. I hope there is a place on this app that I can add the pics that I took"

"What a beautiful property to stay and relax and celebrate our daughter graduating from college. We were a Family of 10 coming from Florida, Virginia and Georgia. To be all together in a beautiful home with the lake and activities vs staying in a typical hotel setting - was so much more enjoyable! We loved our time together as a family! "My wife and I have been VRBO'ing for a long time. We have had many good expereinces, but this one was unique and special. I was very impressed. Tony and Yvonne have a special place not only in the RV itself, but also in the neighborhood and their property. It is very quiet and peaceful combined with a mature property and surrounding area. "We came for a weekend trip to go to the Oyster & Wine Festival in Charlotte and found this cute cottage on Lake Wylie to stay at. The house sits at the end of a street with very nice homes on either side. The parking area is circular which was nice since we had 2 vehicles with us. The home itself is nice and cozy, has a "lake vibe", was clean and had plenty of kitchen things and a coffee maker. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
