“Great place with warm hospitality! ”

“Absolutely beautiful property, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The rooms are large, cozy and nicely decorated. It was quite and perfect for couples. We had brunch at the Hickory and the food was excellent. Many activities also available on site.”

“This is a no pet hotel but I have a registered service dog and at check in the receptionist gave me torment over having a dog. I know by law they can ask 3 different questions it’s in my paper work but she even wanted to know my medical condition and all and then s not allowed. She was rude! Never will I stay there again. She made me feel very uncomfortable there.”

“The Room reeked of bad odor. The staff did not look at all professional. We only stayed one night and left because it was so bad. Worst ever!”

“I enjoyed my two day stay so much I became a Marriott Bonvoy member. However, my last day was not a busy day and I asked if I could leave an hour later (1:00 instead of 12:00) and the lady at the front desk would not allow it. This is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5.”

“Well there isn't a lot I could say I liked about it as soon as you walked through the door it was a bad musket smell and mold all on the bath tub e around the sides and the front also the front desk guy on nights told us too pay by a card for your 50 dollar deposit not cash well its says it will take 3 days too get deposit so I would pay cash non breakfast also”

“The room was very clean and bright. The staff was very friendly. The road was a little noisy on New Years Eve. Next time we will ask for a room in the back. We would definitely stay there again.”

“The air conditioning was effective. There was no pool. No breakfast. The room was clean. The staff were super sweet. ”

“The room was immaculate. The restaurant was severely understaffed. The casino was severely understaffed. One pit open, 45 minute wait for a table at the café when there. The majority of seating available. I was told I could order the food at the bar and "carry the food ourselves to any table". Less than the 4 plus star rating I had expected from prior reviews. I will not be back. Not the experience I would expect from the marquee. It was extremely disappointing. Go elsewhere, please.”
