"Excellent Stay with Top-Notch Service! I recently stayed at the Best Western in Pocatello and enjoyed my time here very much. The entire facility is very nice, but what truly sets this property apart is the exceptional customer service. The front desk team was incredibly helpful, even assisting me with the laundry facilities. A special shout-out goes to Jordan in the lounge. The lounge itself is a fantastic, relaxing space, and Jordan went completely out of his way to ensure everything was immaculate and that guests were well taken care of. The amenities were also impressive. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the pool area was clean, well-maintained, and open 24/7, which was a great bonus. There was some active construction right next door that presented a few visual challenges outside, but it did not impact the availability or ease of parking whatsoever. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely return!"
