"Booked and paid for a king room a month in advance. Went to check in and was told they only had a twin available. Unacceptable. "

"Staff didn't clean our room we also didnt receive fresh towels and so when we call to the front desk we had to go get our on sheets and towels to make up our bed. Staff said they dont not clean up the rooms everyday then she said they were short staff so what is it? We are Hilton members and I really didn't appreciate the service that was given. "Good for the money"

"I think the rooms could use remodeling. The hole in the sink was extremely dirty, the skirt for the mattress was stained, the lobby had a weird stench, my ac made an extremely loud whining noise to where as I had to knock it with my hand to quiet it down and the room didn't smell fresh upon entry. The curtain was also extremely old and long so if I closed the curtain for black out, it would block the ac unit. The ac unit was very rusted at the bottom and stains on the wall and ceiling. I was not pleased with my stay. "

"Overall, I had a great experience during my stay. The staff was friendly, the property was clean, and everything was well-maintained. My only concerns were that the bed was not very comfortable, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night’s sleep, and the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. That said, everything else met or exceeded my expectations, and I would still recommend this place to others."

"Excellent place to stay. We were on a family road trip and slept in multiple hotels on our way, this by far the best of them all. The location is great if you want to explore the historic district which is 15 mins away. The rooms smelled amazing, everything was very neat and clean. They have an excellent complementary breakfast that made the stay such a wonderful experience for the kids and us. This is our favorite new hotel to revisit! "

"Love this place and stay here twice a year. A little disappointed that they charge for parking now though. This place is always 10/10. I hate that some hotels charge for parking now though. "
