"This property is beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect. We enjoyed every part of the property. The pool, pier, kayaking, bicycling and the boat dock. A lot of fishing off that boat dock and searching for manatees. We were very exciting when we saw a couple of manatees! Love Placencia and Sunset Pointe!"

Really limited in dishes and silverware. The washer and dryer is so close to the toilet that if you are elderly or a bit huskier you may not be able to use it.
