“Pros: Clean, roomy, nice beds, nice towels and bedding, good location especially if you need to be close to Plainfield, quiet neighborhood, A/C worked great, laundry pods provided, Brita filter pitcher in fridge was nice to have, excellent communication from property management.Cons: Needs more seating in living and dining, more dishes needed (especially since it sleeps 9), kitchen could be a little better stocked for those planning on cooking.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here……

“Pleased with rental for its purpose: spending holiday with college based child. Good amount of space (including 2 showers) for 3 adults, at appropriate price. All appliances worked. Decorating stylish but not overdone and pleased at some of the kitchen items present (rolling pin for holiday baking!). As mentioned in other reviews, a few cosmetic issues on floors/walls, but neither were a bother. No problems with surrounding neighborhood, though for some it would be a little run down/on the way……
