"I did not use the pool so cannot comment on that. I had booked the hotel to rest for the night. At check-in, the lady at reception was giving me a room at 5th level in the second building but reminded me that elevator didn’t work so I had to go up and down on my own. Since my knees was busted, I was given a room on level 1. The room smelt musty and bathroom had a smell of sewage. The carpet was very old and stained. The room was decent size but the bathroom was perhaps 6 feet wide at the maximum. The tub, wash basin and pot was inches from each other. If it wasn’t late and I tired I would have moved to a different location for sure. It definitely was on the cheaper end on Expedia but I really cannot fathom what people liked here, other than it was close to waters"

"Very disappointing experience at B Ocean Resort. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days (Room 383), and unfortunately, the longer we stayed, the more issues we discovered. During our stay, a shirt was taken from our room. I reported it immediately, and was personally assured by the hotel manager, Jalicia Brooks, both in person and via email, that the issue would be handled within a few days. Since then, I have been completely ignored despite multiple follow-ups — which says a lot about how guest issues are actually handled here. The hotel also advertises parking, but “forgets” to mention that it costs $60 per day — with no reasonably priced alternatives nearby. This is something guests should absolutely be aware of in advance. As for the rooms, they are decent, but housekeeping was unreliable. On multiple occasions, our room was simply not cleaned, and we had to go out of our way to request basic service. Overall, this stay felt far below expectations. Between poor communication, lack of accountability, and hidden costs, I would not recommend this hotel."

"I booked this room for my mom as a one night stay. She was to stay by me but things changed last minute. My mom is a diamond club member with Wyndham and the way she was treated was horrible. First of all the elevator stop working with her in it and she was very afraid. They gave her the 4th floor because it’s the only floor with rooms left, when she told the staff at the front desk about the elevator she was given a “don’t care” attitude. The hotel front desk could use better customer service training. The face of the company is the front desk staff, the attitude they have towards customers matter greatly. Horrible experience."
