“The host was very nice and helpful, however the property was not at all what we expected. The area was extremely poorly maintained and the neighborhood was basically the slums. We weren’t even willing to exit our car to enter the building. We decided it wasn’t safe to have our children there over night so we left and booked a hotel room. This property is not located in a family friendly area! ”

“The Hotel is well and conveniently located in the Hollywood Beach downtown area. The staff were very courteous, professional and attentive. The rooms are very good but need to focus more on the cleanliness. The furniture is a little run down and aged. The mattress was very comfortable but in the soft side not medium or firmly. The down side is the hotel have NO amenities as restaurants or bars. Olivia used to be the restaurant and the bar but is being closed for a while. It is just a little……
