“We were looking for a 4 or 5 day getaway from the very harsh New England winter. We were fortunate to find this wonderful place. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted!! Amazing view of the ocean from our compfy room. All the amenities you would want in the room and on the beach. Great tiki bar. Short walk or uber to so many restraunts. Our host Sabrina was immediately responsive with any questions. Check in was smooooooth. Recommend and already planning anothe trip to this exact spot. ”

“This condo building was terrible! There are about 350 units and only 4 elevators. We spent half of our time waiting for the elevator. And once we were in the elevator, we were crammed in like sardines. This is a huge safety concern and we would surely all die if there was a fire in the building. The pool and beach were incredibly crowded and we almost never got a seat. The building wi-fi did not work in the unit, and when I called and texted the host about this, they did not respond other……

“Exactly what we wanted for spring break with friends, very close to the beach and easy to find. It was pretty bare bones but it meet all our needs. The WiFi wasn’t great and the TV had trouble loading. The water in the sink or shower never got cold. The walls are pretty thin inside the condo. But it was right by the beach and board walk. Close to a lot of great restaurants, and 45 min drive from Miami. I would recommend for a friends spring break or a small family! ”

“Host was responsive - we had some issues in the beginning with parking and cleaning staff was not yet finished, but Nicholas was able to help us resolve it. Overall it's a clean and adequately supplied rental. We really liked the location (just steps from the beach), and having parking which is definitely a plus for this area. Great rental for the price. A few small touches could make it even better.”
