9/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
All of the staff were friendly and helpful! The beach had a lot of seaweed this time of year compared to my last visit which was in the month of October. One of the restaurants "La Cocina" was closed and the price for the all inclusive package wasn't altered in consideration of that. Other resorts along the beach were loud at night sometimes even up to early hours in the morning. The resort had 2 open restaurants, 2 bars, a giftshop/Starbucks, and an arts/crafts area. They had spa on the resort called "Revive" which had great service, but the massages were overpriced. There were a few excursions offered along the Playa Del Carmen beachfront, but not near as many as Cancun had. Overall, it was a good experience, but I feel as if more could have been included with the packages offered.
