visited for 1 quick night the hotel, been there before but this time the service and help from the front desk was not helpfull After checking out realized left my jacket, so called back to the hotel and they said they will call back. never happened so call again after 2 hours and they mentioned that they forgot to call me back but didnt find anything. it is clear they stole the jacket but they said will review the videos but after 2 days still they dont call back

A wonderful stay in Mexico City. Casa Decu is located in the heart of Condesa, a safe and highly walkable neighbourhood filled with great cafés, restaurants, and parks. The hotel has plenty of character, but what impressed me most was the hospitality. The staff were warm, attentive, and paid great attention to detail throughout my stay. A great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable boutique hotel in one of the best areas of the city.
