Beware of bed bugs. This place unfortunately did not meet our standards. I ended up getting an infection on my leg due to the bed bugs at this facility, which surprised me given that it is supposed to be one of the more high-end locations in Puerto Vallarta.
Additionally, everything that might be a standout dish on the menu is a surcharge, so be ready for that if you plan to come here. I would advise visiting here during the time of September, as we experienced a lot of humidity. They do have some nice amenities that are outdoors, which are hard to enjoy if you come in the most humid times of the year.
Additionally, I didn't enjoy the fact that as soon as we were welcomed in, they tried to push a VIP program onto us. This then committed us to a 75-minute onboarding and additionally delayed our check-in from actually having us enjoy our welcome and our first day. We lost several hours just to them trying to sell us on the sort of VIP experience, which I believe is a timeshare. Luckily, we were able to get out of this, and I would recommend others to do so as well if you want to maximize your time at the resort.
Again, I would urge visitors to look elsewhere as you can finder more cleanly resorts for this price. Additionally, transportation to and from the resort is not included without yet again.. a surcharge
