Just drove by. Didn't look like any amenities and really far from downtown.
Loved the Marina. lots of places to eat and a fun market on one night of the week
Vallarta adventures vendors are all over vallarta, you will first encounter them arriving at the airport after you picked up your luggage and passed security. They are the very first vendors for your adventures while staying in vallarta. They will offer you the adventure you want for a cheaper price from what originally costs in expedia. The catch is, they want you to visit other exclusive high end resorts for a tour and a sales presentation that lasts about 2 hours with breakfast/ lunch and transportation included from and to your hotel. They will try to make you buy a shared time room at their property or sell you their travel membership and this can get very frustrating because they can be very pushy after you tell them that your not interested in buying anything. If you walk away from all this, at least you will be getting either your vallarta adventure cheaper (rythms of the night, zip line, quad ride, horse back ride...) and they may even offer you other free things just for attending the sales presentation. Its was a bit frustrating for us because we have couple days visiting vallarta and we had our own plan to spent our vacation but i guess its part of vacationing over there. They were really polite during the entire selling process at least.
We were charged a $15 US "port fee". Others in the group were chared about $2 a person.
Ask questions if not familiar with the terminal. Plenty of people to help and guide.
