Would NOT recommend staying there! The customer service is terrible! I booked 3 rooms for a group of 10, I had two rooms next to each other.. there was a connecting door in between. I asked if we can open the door in between the rooms and they said I didn’t pay for that type of room! If I wanted to “Open the Door” between the two rooms (that we were already using) I had to pay an additional $100 US Dollars per night!! Ridiculous.!!
The bedding smelled, like when you leave wet clothing in the washer and for get to dry it out.
The staff in the lobby were super rude, and there was only one employee during check out with a line of about 6 families trying to check out.
Lets not forget the sewage water coming out on the entrance flooding the street. Adding the terrible smell!
There were no reservations for dinner available!! And the hostess for the buffet “Older Guy” was the rudest ever!!
