“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and even though the motel is located on highway 12 it was quiet for sleeping at night. On improving the property, I would have to say the rooms were small and could you use an update. Since the cabins were built in 1948 it follows the style of that time period, and could you use an update. The bathroom facilities were small and old. And update would be welcomed.”

“For its age, the hotel was adequate. Given its location in Alex Bay, it’s probably the most reasonable choice for a stay in the village.”

“We stayed two nights at Otter Creek. Our room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The office staff were delightful and friendly. Great walk into “town” and free parking :)”

“With a little walk down the hill there was seats to sit and watch the sunset on the lake !!! It was an amazing view . There was also a nice fire pit to enjoy outside.”
