“The hotel was under construction and we were not notified of this before making our reservation. The entire hotel was filthy -- our room in particular was a mess. The floors had a wet surface the entire time we were there -- it was like a "sweat" on the floors and the walls and bedding. When we attempted to wipe up the sweat off of the floors, the towels were filthy after soaking up the moisture!! We went to the front desk to complain or to request another room & the women at the desk were……

“My room price doesn’t match with my confirmation price. Insect were crawling inside my room. I pay for beach view double standards room but it was very dark and tiny room and no view at all. Staffs were very rude, they don’t like kids at all.”

“The room we were assigned was disgusting. There was vomit in the toilet and it was clogged when we entered the room. There appeared to be makeup on the pillow cases and the towels were dingy and yellow, the TV remote had grime caked into the buttons. This was all brought up to the front desk staff. They apologized and said they would speak with the manager about this. We never heard back from any of the management. I never leave reviews, but this place is disgusting and should be avoided at all……

“This place was wonderful. Close to the beach and close to many of our day trips. Amanda was fantastic.”

“The location was amazing and it was such a cute little building. Literally right across the street from the beach. We were able to check in early and when we had trouble getting our door code to work, they were able to help us right away when we called. The only main issue we had was that the bedding was extremely stained. We had to go to Target and get new bedding to sleep on because it was that bad. Also, the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work. However, it was a great price for……

“While the place is a little older you simply cannot beat the value! Super short walk to the beach, along with diners & ice cream within walking distance. Super easy check in process too! All in all, would stay here again!”

“The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Tara was wonderful and provided us with everything we needed. There were charming touches like an evening fire in the firepit and the front porch swings.”
