“Pros:Wonderful location! It is surprisingly quiet considering it’s right in town! Nice perk to have AC and heat.Clean. Very comfy mattress!Kitchen nicely stocked.Room for 2 bikes in living room, but it was a bit of a Tetris game.Cons:Really missed a patio. Too much furniture in living room makes it feel cramped. Street parking only.Always Love Salida and thankful for a host!”

“This clean, well stocked, open floor plan condo is situated perfectly; next to and above the Arkansas River and within a short walk into downtown Salida. We parked in the garage Tuesday afternoon and did not get back in the car until departing Friday morning. Even the Salida mountain trail network was within an easy reach on foot.The property management associate assigned to us was polite, professional, and super responsive. We would come back to this property again in a heartbeat.”

“This little apartment is in an excellent location in downtown Salida. It is easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops, right on F Street. Also very close to the river and right across the street from Riverside Park. Quite “cozy” but great for two people.”

“This is a great historic location right in the center of town. It is in the third floor with no elevator, but we didn’t have an issue. The furniture has been updated since the original pics of the room were taken and there is now a chest of drawers available. The seating is wonky for two due to the baseboard heat. The bed was very comfortable and we had some of the best sleeping we’ve had as we travel. The parking is street parking so it’s something to be aware of if you are traveling in……
