“The apartment was great, very clean & well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to many places of interest & Kroger. We did have a couple of small problems though. We did not receive instructions from Vrbo when we arrived but the owner was very helpful & responded quickly. Then on our last night we were awakened at 1am by neighbor (525 I think) who was drinking & could not remember how to get in his apartment. He refused to leave so my husband called the police & the matter was……

“This place was an absolute wonderful find!Booked for our SCAD Bee’s graduation and it was perfect. It was literally beside our kid’s dorm building.Location was perfect (across from Forsyth Park & walkable to everything); great communication with owners; the unit matched the description perfectly; super clean; beds were very comfortable; and very spacious for 4 adults. Much more comfortable than a hotel.We will definitely book this unit again!”

“Bright apartment, comfortable furniture in living room, clean. Fold-away beds are saggy, for children only. Needs a coat of paint and some touch-ups like the bathroom floor. Looks over Broughton St, street noise carries into bedrooms, we were there during Orange Crush so it was until 4am with extra noise. This area is close to restaurants etc but also the bars at night and you can walk in streets with your drinks. Mary was responsive with my concerns. ”

“This place was so nice, clean and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again. The only issues we found is trying to find the place and where to park, the directions could have been better. ”

“Everything was just as described. There was actually more room than appeared in photos. Having the garage parking spot was a big bonus. Parking can be challenging in Savannah and this made our stay easier than other visits. It was very nice to have a space to hang out as a family and so much better than the local hotels!”

“No ghosts seen at the home or on the tour we took through Savannah but a great place to stay nonetheless. Lots of room to spread out. Three comfortable bedrooms. Easy access to Kroger/Starbucks, Forsyth Park, and downtown. Street parking always available. If you are noise sensitive bring earplugs - you will hear guests moving around upstairs. Not a problem for me, just used earplugs at bedtime. Thanks for sharing your home. ”
