“The property was clean . But it’s a self served property. You have to make sure you get the passcodes before arriving otherwise since there’s no one it takes a long time to find someone and call. Also , the breakfast is continental so as you expect in bed and breakfast a hot breakfast won’t be served. Expedia says resort and when you get there it’s bed and breakfast. Also hair dryers not working, so bring your own. Anyway, it has a private beach.”

“We’ve had a wonderful stay here even just for a night. The property is beautifully maintained, check-in was easy and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great location on the main strip over a good restaurant/ bar. I did find the big lit sign for the Colonial Hotel outside my window flickered through at night. It was bothersome.”

“Overall a great stay. Rooms could’ve been way cleaner, looked like all they did was make the bed…fries on the floors, dirt and dust and spider webs all over surfaces. There was also tooth paste splatter in the sink. Good that we weren’t in the room much. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Lots to do on the property. It’s also a 10 minute walk to the strip and beach, and a couple min walk to LCBO and the grocery store. Nice place to visit”

“The resort is a unique place, full of rustic charm but it definitely needs some renovation. The staff was very friendly and most accommodating when we asked to move our room to a different building.”
