“Thank you for a nice quiet stay.”

“Liked the cleanliness, location was a bigggg plus. Right next to a Mini Market with a grocery store and several restaurants within a 4 to 5 minute walk. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating, and as a Senior female, traveling alone, I felt very safe during my entire stay at this property. It was also very quiet and no loud outside noises. I would recommend this Hotel as a good place to stay....👍👍👍”

“Room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff efficient. Didn't try the breakfast with A Crackerbarrel next door. Undergoing renovation. Not a major problem but the ceiling above shower had been repaired, but not repainted.”

“Very old property and not well maintained. No elevator, entrance to the casino is closed. You have to walk outside and go around. Toilet handle broke and the clerk from the front desk came to try and fix it. A little upgrade and would do this property good. Staff was very friendly.”

“Safety is not a priority for them. I had someone who claimed to be from the front desk who tried to get information about me, whether I was alone, who else was there, etc. I reported it to the hotel who said no one called. But they brushed it off as no big deal and wouldn't take me seriously. 30 minutes late someone tried to get into my room. Again called the front desk. Wasn't taken seriously. Had to call the police and got them to stay in site while I packed my stuff and left. I asked to get……

“Some staff changes have brought changes in service. Housekeeping is great, but some new staff at the desk has allowed for customer service to go down”

“I had such a wonderful time at the Baer House! LaTonya, the house manager, treated me like royalty--and a good friend. The home is magnificent and not just cared for but loved. I would highly recommend staying here. It surpassed my expectations! Thank you, everyone, for making me feel at home.”
