“Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s an old motel with outside accessibility, but it seemed to be clean and recently upgraded. New flooring, fresh paint, and furniture in very good shape. There were small imperfections like the light stayed on constantly in the microwave due to a damaged door closure, the toilet seat connectors were broken which made the seat slide, no coffeemaker in the room. It was a fair price!”

“Everything was really nice. Location, clean, quiet, easy access. The ice maker was down for day. King size bed was great, probably needs to be flipped or turned. Had a small divet, caused a little cramp in my back. But as long as I could stay out of the divet, it was great.”

“Our room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Castle of Muskogee, Honor Heights Park, and other local attractions. Parking was conveniently located right in front of our room, so we didn't have to walk far while unloading our luggage. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room nice and cool. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Muskogee, Oklahoma.”

“Everything was on point and the staff was super helpful. My only complaint is we had planned to utilize there laundry facilities since it was halfway through our trip and it wasn't operating.”

“Not a good experience at all. Walked into the room where the inside temperature was close to 100°. And this was after I had to return to the lobby to get a new key because the first one didn’t work. Bathroom and room floors were very dirty, and the Wi-Fi performance was poor. The only good thing to say about our stay was that it was a nice mattress. Will not visit this establishment again.”

“Hotel seemed clean, breakfast was good. The refrigerator in the room did not work at all. So ice bucket to the rescue. Its a but funky of a decor compared to a Hampton or Hi Express.”

“The room was filthy. Before checking out I noticed NO battery in the fire detector! Unbelievable. Elevator inoperable. Showed pics and asked for a full refund to Manager Whitney Webster. Kind and caring lady. She promised a FULL refund and will be reaching out to Expedia to refund. Do not stay here. Incredibly dated and just plain nasty. 0/10”

“Easy to work with and great location”

“The place is mismanaged. There is no maintenance person available to fix tv. Entry keys did not work periodically. Breakfast was minimal and the area was not monitored. They are evidently understaffed. The manage was constantly apologizing but did not do anything to change things for the better.”
