“The room appeared clean when you walked in, but the sheets and pillow cases smelled sour, cabinet door was broken off and slid to the side. Toilet kept running after you flushed it ( I shock the handled finally it stopped). There trash from previous guests under the bed. Staff were very friendly.”

“My staff was almost excellent. The facility was experiencing some updates and therefore a little construction was going on. However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful. All the staff from the front desk to the servers for breakfast to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. Made the stay pleasant!”

“I was actually floored at how nice it was. I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a place in that price range that was so clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-staffed. The guy running breakfast was like a personal waiter - amazing. Everything works and the pool was gorgeous. Staff are everywhere and enthusiastic to help.”

“We had a fabulous stay. The staff were so extremely helpful and attentive. The ONLY reason for 4 stars instead of five was we found mold in our shower, as well as on our shower curtain. Also, we had a tiny ant infestation. Every surface such as the end tables and bathroom counter had tiny little ants crawling all over. We did notify staff during our checkout just so they could investigate before the next guests. I’m a little bummed that we paid so much money plus incidental to have mold in the……
