“Unfortunately, it's apparent that Webb's Resort needs some significant help. We selected this place due to its promixity to Chautauqua Institute -- but that was really the only thing going for it, beyond the staff. Things are deteriorating. The hallway from the main lobby to the rooms was filthy and obviously hadn't been washed in a long time. The continental breakfast was pretty much non-existent -- only 1 lonely banana and a few apples. Cereal and milk, no yogurt, no pastries -- just packaged...

“A lovely room with private bath and a big beautiful house one block from downtown. It had a Community Kitchen that was much better than having a small private one. The place is extremely quiet. It's a lovely place only about 5 units would gladly stay here again.”
