“The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained, which made a great first impression. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a really pleasant experience. A big highlight was having access to all three hotels’ facilities — such a great added benefit and really enhanced the overall stay.
On the downside, the breakfast hall staff could have been a bit more warm and engaging. Additionally, there are only two massage therapists across the three……

“Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war super. Sie war sauber und entsprach den Bildern. Die Naturpools sind fußläufig und auch der Norden Madeiras ist von dort aus mit dem Mietwagen super zu erkunden. Der ausgeschriebene freie Parkplatz ist derzeit eine Baustelle und man muss Glück haben mit Parkplätzen vor der Ferienwohnung, ansonsten ist aber 2 Minuten zu Fuß ein bezahlbarer 24-Stunden Parkplatz für die Natur Pools (6€/Tag) nebenan.
Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und sehr zu……

“So comfortable and cosy. We stayed in the studio which was clean, had everything you could need and was decorated well. The bed sheets and toiletries smelt amazing. The owners put a lot of care into making sure it was a home from home. They also bought us freshly baked bread and homemade jam, delicious. We loved the poncha bar around the corner, too. Great location, about 10 minutes drive to Porto Moniz and on the route out to the fanal forest”
