“It was a cozy week night stay at the HoDo! Staff were friendly and we really enjoyed the complimentary afternoon snack bar as well as the room serviced locally baked pastries in the morning. And a great location downtown, plenty to do, even on a Tuesday!”

“The pool was so bad, the whole hotel smelled so bad of chlorine that they had the windows open. My son’s eyes were blood shot from the second we walked through the door. Not too add we arrived later at night(which they knew) and our room was not prepared appropriately. The window was left open so when we entered the room it was about 50/55 degrees. You know when you get off of a long road trip and the first thing you ca think is where is the nearest bathroom? Well me too, but just our luck I was……

“We didn’t even go in. We pulled up and saw how unclean it even looked just from the outside and decided to drive the few hours back home instead. We weren’t expecting perfection, we knew it was cheap and we weren’t paying much. But we just couldn’t get ourselves to stay.”

“This hotel clearly caters to local construction workers who need nightly or weekly stays. It's not for families looking for a fun place to stay. It's not for couples looking for a romantic, fancy, mid to upper scale accomadations. It's an inexpensive utility hotel. I clean, friendly, convenient place to lay your head down for the night, then head to Perkins for breakfast.”
