“Great stay!”

“Room was great but woke up to no working lights besides bathroom light and the light by the door, phone wasnt working and an outlet we tried to use for a phone charger wasnt working.”

“I love this hotel/market and will absolutely be back, but you should know the property backs up to an active railroad and trains pass through at all hours. The building is stunning, and well maintained. It’s a mixed use property with the first floor being a market with food and vendors. The shops are so cute and have such unique items. They offer contactless check in, a private parking garage for a fee, and great in room amenities. Besides the passing trains, the only issues I had were a……

“I'm not picky, but the room was nasty. Sheets were stained and pillow cases looked so old/dirty/used... It was gross. The floor was dirty, bathroom floor had crumbs all over it. You could hear everything outside the room (might've been due to the 1.5" gap at the bottom of the door between the door frame). Wouldn't recommend to anyone I know. ”

“Breakfast area was not very clean. They had a cat show the same weekend probably should have let everyone know this at check-in in case you're allergic to cats.”

“The pool was so bad, the whole hotel smelled so bad of chlorine that they had the windows open. My son’s eyes were blood shot from the second we walked through the door. Not too add we arrived later at night(which they knew) and our room was not prepared appropriately. The window was left open so when we entered the room it was about 50/55 degrees. You know when you get off of a long road trip and the first thing you ca think is where is the nearest bathroom? Well me too, but just our luck I was……

“Waited 25 minutes at the front desk to be checked in. No one showed up. Went in to check with the bartender and she checked me in. Left to do a couple things (three times) and then came back. Our cards that we were given to us weren't working, had to go back around to the front desk to get them working. They said it was due to being next to my phone. My phone was in my shirt pocket and room keys were in my pants pocket. Also, absolutely nothing on tv to watch, unless you have a device hooked up……

“The hotel kicked us out while I was at the store came back and there was a person cleaning the room and all my stuff was in a garbage bag. They wouldnt refund. Our room and kept 100 deposit . I've put in a complaint with the BBB and spoke. To a lawyer about smalls claims these people running multiple hotels here are illegally running there hotels. They sexually harass women and children and promote illegal sex read operations ”

“I found everything about Studio 7 absolutely unacceptable.I checked in and checked out again 90 minutes later. The hotel was outdated, rundown and in extreme need of repair and remodeling. The repairs that were done were done by a handyman and not a professional. I would not let an animal spend the night in that hotel much less a human being. I returned to the airport and spent the night on a couch in the lobby before my flight out the next morning. I would like a full refund of my 50 sum……

“The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. ”
