“First, this property is so Nice!! The photos do not do the beautiful home or property justice. Our group had 14 adults, only 4 couples. With 3 kids. We loved this house and spaces it provided for all of our needs. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Plenty of parking in the driveway. Plenty of supplies. Lake access was awesome, kids and adults could walk right in and float or swim. Very clean,lake. ”

“Nonstick cookware was scratched up. Lots of cooking utensils provided. Corn kernals found in one bed, pinecones found in another. Plenty of towels provided, but could use more wash cloths. Night stand in master bedroom unstable. Liggts are dim, could use more/brighter lighting. Directions to home via Google Maps are about 1/2 mile off. Overall a beautiful home. Host very responsive to messages. ”

“Every labor day our family picks a spot in northern michigan with water frontage to spend the last un-offical weekend of summer. This place was exactly how it says and everything was in perfect order. So many amenities with plenty to do for our whole family. We had a blast!”

“This place is just as advertised on this site. Very spacious and open floor plan. The atv trails were nice for the young adults to use. The fishing ponds are hard to get to due to many overgrown weeds. Everyone loved looking at all the animals in the house. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials except hand towels. We had 17 adults and 6 small children and had plenty of room. Host worked well with us and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“My husband and his family spent many summers up around José Lake, where this gem is located. He and his siblings had wanted to spend some time where they had so many wonderful memories… Could not have asked for a better place for us to spend time together. Everyone had their own space to relax and rest but the common areas of this property were what turned out to be the best part. The garage area game room and the fire pit patio area were our favorites but the kitchen (big enough to seat……

“We loved our stay at That Long Lake Cabin. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The cabin was clean and cozy. Ryan and Steph had a bunch of games for our family to enjoy. The kids fished right off the dock and enjoyed tubing on the lake. The Long Lake Bar offered Bingo and great pizza. Definitely a great rental for a family getaway!”

“It was a nice quiet place. The kids loved being able to fish all day. The adults we liked sitting on the deck. We could see the kids and enjoy the day. The only thing missing was the corn hole and the wood for the bonfire other then that we all had a great time. ”
