We waited a couple hours and it got done, but I felt the crew rushed. The floors were still dirty and there were dried contact lenses on the floor in the bedrooms for example. The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were absolutely unbearable. However the couch and chair in the sitting area were great and there were plenty of tv channels available.
