"The staff at the property were all very professional, polite, kind and super helpful. They arranged a 2 day tour with a wonderful tour guide named Som who was awesine all around. Excellent English and full of information that was accessible to both teens and adults alike. My son and his friend loved swimming in the saltwater pool and service by the pool was great! "The hotel is very nice. The interior resembles an Esher painting with black metal stairways going in many directions against white crisp walls. It’s refreshing to see creativity in hotels rather than a straight out functionality. The room was spacious, clean and well thought out. We spent most of our down time on the day bed which was so comfortable.
The staff are outstanding. Every single one of them is helpful, polite, and happy.
If we ever come back to Siem Reap we would stay at the Sarai and it would feel like coming home.
