“The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. After a number of phone calls and talking with the Montage front desk, this was removed. We asked for service on the TV in the main room that was never addressed. The……

“I cannot say enough about this condo! Highly recommend!! First, Sands of Kahana is a excellent resort with nice ocean access, an oceanfront pool & hot tub and onsite bar/restaurant. Second, this condo is outstanding with a wide span view of the ocean to watch the whales, well stocked kitchen for light meal prep, comfortable beds and indoor & outdoor furniture. Plenty of dressers to unpack and live there for the vacation. Various small coolers, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for day……

“Great location, well maintained and incredible views! We loved our stay at Jim’s condo and would absolutely book again. We saw whales and turtles off the lanai every morning, and the sunsets were just spectacular. While the beaches adjacent to the condo were nice, we enjoyed the ability to drive 5-10 minutes to explore the other beaches along the west coast from Kapalua to Lahaina. Great food and a Snorkel Bob’s within walking distance added to the convenience. Five stars all around.”

“Beautiful beach condo in a fantastic location! Super clean with everything you need and a super short walk to the south end of Napili Bay beach. We were lucky to get this place last minute apparently after a cancelation and so glad we did. Would definitely come back here! ”

“The condo was clean and very well stocked. Perfect location in West Maui. It comfortably fit 2 adults with 3 kids. Kitchen was well stocked and had updated appliances. It had all basic necessities for our 1 week stay. Also came with beach chairs and a large cooler. Would definitely stay there again. ”
