“The View Delivers — But the Condo Needs AttentionThe location is genuinely hard to beat — oceanfront at Kapalua Bay with views that are absolutely spectacular. Waking up to that scenery made it easy to forgive a lot.That said, privacy is a real consideration. A busy trail runs directly in front of the unit, meaning hikers have a clear sightline straight into the bedroom — something the listing doesn’t exactly advertise. The waterfront itself is rocky with no direct beach access, so don’t expect……

“We had an amazing time here. We stayed for half a month & it was a fantastic time. They were so fast to respond to anything we needed or asked. A week into our stay the washer broke down. They had maintenance out within a day & a new washer just within a couple of days. They also got us extra towels in the meantime until we could do a load of towels! They were great about communicating overall. It was a great spot to stay, right by one of the pools, & by the ocean. We loved our stay!”

“This is a beautiful condo near the beach and many walking paths in a great area of Kapalua. There are many great restaurants in the area and great snorkeling within walking distance. The bed is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and the view is hard to beat. We enjoyed our stay and would rent here again,”

“We have stayed multiple times in different Bay Villas and this stay did not disappoint. We enjoy having some more space and the option to cook dinner compared to a hotel room. This unit was quiet, safe and clean; it could use a few more kitchen tools and staples but this wasn’t a big problem. Washing machine and dryer worked well. Bed overall comfortable. Ceiling fans help generate a nice breeze throughout. Parking was easy. Nice walking options to rest of Kapalua and Merriman’s. We will……

“Enjoy the views of the ocean ! Golf course and of course the lanai was big had breakfast lunch and dinner with amazing Maui sunsets ! The villa was great and had everything needed for our stay and the kitchen was great to cook in as well ! We enjoyed our stay and will be returning to book another with KBMResorts ! Mahalos”

“We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the apartment! The view was amazing, and the location was great. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the beach, or you can easily drive there. There is some free parking available if you’re lucky enough to grab a spot, or paid parking for $10 for 3 hours. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back! The only downside was the air conditioning upstairs. It got quite hot, possibly because of the roof, or maybe the AC itself needs……

“Kapalua is absolutely beautiful and this villa was a great place to experience it. We enjoyed having coffee upstairs in the morning and watching the light over the ocean. The villa had plenty of space for us and the two bathrooms were convenient. We also appreciated the fast WiFi since I had to do a little work during the trip.”
