“The staff were all great the room perfectly cleaned and I love the rooftop pool and bar. This hotel is in such an amazing location too. ”

“The staff was polite and helpful, the view from the room was outstanding, the food was good. The only issue was the noise made by the chairs in the dining room from the 14th floor but if you wake up before breakfast and go to bed after dinner, it is not an issue.”

“100% recommendation!!! Smaller hotel. Location in the middle of the older part of Puerto de la Cruz. Close/walking distance to everything. Nice and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Only (little) lowlight: WiFi - in my room - could be a bit better.”

“I’ve traveled extensively but this hotel was incredible! Immaculately clean, room was beautiful and very modern. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Affordable but the food was amazing! The only thing I want to mention is the walk to the ocean. Although only 1/2 mile, you have to go down 246 steps and if you’ve got bad knees it could be challenging. A cab ride down is about 5 euro. Worth it! ”

“I only booked this hotel for one night as I was on a road trip around Tenerife. I wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel is in such a fab location with Plaza del Charco just a couple of blocks away and the pedestrian walkway to Martinez close by in the opposite direction. The hotel was fantastic value for money and would recommend this compared to a catered hotel, because the money you save, you can eat out in proper restaurants. Would definitely chose this hotel again when I next visit.”
