What a wonderful property full of character. Great location and wonderful staff. Just a note for others with way too much luggage (like me), realize that you will need to carry this up stairs.

Marie Rollet was a very quaint boutique hotel in a perfect area of old Quebec City. It was central to the old city and very walkable. So close to the Fontenac Chateau and Boardwalk. The steps entering the hotel are quite steep making it slightly challenging to get in with a suitcase. We were very happy to be on the main level of the hotel as there is a winding staircase with other rooms both upstairs and downstairs. Overall our stay was wonderful and would stay again but only on the main floor.

Wonderful place to stay. Very accommodating staff, a real historic feel to it as well. Perfectly located so that everything is within walking distance. Parking was right across the street in a parking garage. But as mentioned, there are steep stairs up to the entrance. Loved it and would stay here again

The hotel was historical. They had us in a room that was very beautifully decorated with fireplace, windows on the street, but was still quiet. The staff was very nice to hold our luggage all day and they put it in the room before we got back. The location was a good walking distance from all of Quebec City old town. The entrance steps are very steep. If you have mobility problems, be sure to inquire.

Wonderful Quebec Stay

The hotel's location could not be better. In the middle of everything but a little off the main streets so not to busy in the immediate area. The room was comfy and the balcony at the back of the building is a treat with quiet atmosphere and nice vistas.
