“Nice stay experience”

“The room was clean and breakfast was great. I had issues at check in and that really put a damper on my stay. It took over 20-30 minutes to check in. My room accidently got checked in by someone else and resulted in me having no booking but still paying for a room. After a half hour the hotel front desk lady discovered the mistake she made and got me a new room. ”

“It was ok but it's extremely remote and I had trouble getting rides to the city when I needed it. They were good to me. English was a little limited, but we managed. Townspeople aren't supportive or nice. The room was fine, but the only way I could get meals was to order from Walmart/spark in another city, which was pricey. It cost me $115 to get a ride service when I left due to the remoteness of the location. Not only that, but I did not have help with my bags and strained my back, which……

“This hotel is very nice and near the university. Room was very clean and staffs were very friendly. Definitely would stay here again. ”

“The pool area was not clean at any point. I know customers are mess but this was bad paint off the hot tub floating in the hot tub and pool, towels laying all over the floor and tables, the bathroom had several towels on the floor. Trash by the from desk was full and falling on the floor. We had a suite and the air conditioner was not powerful enough to cool the sitting area. ”

“Everything was just fine. I did the online check in but still had to sign the same form, show my Id etc. so that was kind of pointless to do both. But overall friendly staff and clean comfy room. Very safe feeling. ”

“Close to expressway and gas station. Dollar Store and McDonalds in walking distance. Shares building and parking with Mexican retaurant. Hostess was not friendly. Hall smelled. Room was depressing. All I can say is it seemed clean enough and I didn't detect any insects. On positive side, it was relatively cheap.”
