What a great hotel in the middle of Raleigh. A friend and I were attending a concert at Coastal Credit Union Pavilion and needed a place to stay that wasn’t too far and reasonably priced. Check-in was very quick and easy. Our room was spacious, clean, and updated. I love how this hotel has laminate floors in the room. The beds were probably the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The hotel was very quiet, too. I never heard any noise from any of the rooms which is unusual. I also liked how there were two separate sinks and how the shower/toilet had a door separating it from the second sink. It was very helpful when my friend and I were getting ready the next morning. I appreciated the hot coffee in the lobby. I didn’t get to utilize the restaurant or bar. The pool area looked nice and I saw guests using it both in the evening and morning. The only thing negative I would say is one of the elevators was a little dirty. I think this hotel is dog friendly but I’m not for certain. It wasn’t a deal breaker though. Also, upon check in, it took a couple of minutes for the person checking me in to appear. Again, no big deal because it wasn’t a long wait. I’ll definitely consider returning here again when I go to my next concert.
