“i reserved the motel ONE month in advance. i got my reservation canceled because i didn’t respond to a confirmation within 2 hours of the check in. (i was busy stranded on the side of the highway because my car’s transmission blew). I get picked up by my dad, check my phone to see they canceled my reservation. when i looked to see if i could get it back, i found out they sold my room for 3X the price. horrible.”
