“Love this resort !”

“We stayed at Tunak for 5 days 4 nights and we were immensely impressed with their service, amenities, cleanliness. The sea view was serene, picture perfect. Room & Pool was clean and well maintained. For city dwellers, maybe would need one to two nights to get used to the silent and peaceful night. We loved the sea turtle release activity! Special shout out to Guntha (Dining Manager) and Wirdah (Concierge) for their warmth and professional service. Great to see Tunak employing staff of……

“We absolutely loved our stay at Lobster Bay. Our room was beautiful, the pool was a life saver and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The view from our room and the restaurant are exactly what the photos show, stunning and beautiful. We enjoyed the food, the massages and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. Its a bit of a drive to any of the main shopping areas but very much worth it for the peaceful and private location of this resort. We are already planning a trip back.”

“Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there ”

“It's a good great away from busy Kuta Lombok. The views are great. There is service from the beach to surf inside and outside Gerupuk. The staff are excellent”

“Spacious rooms with ample privacy and tranquility throughout resort. Complimentary shuttle services into town were also appreciated.”

“The hotel seems for a long time not fix and tidy it. Breakfast is ok. But the sofa is too queasiness that i even not want to sat there. Also, the location is too far away with kuta. I can not find out taxi or gojet. Only asking for hotel help. The hotel called a taxi, it is too expensive than blue bird or gojet. I do not have a choice to accept it. It is the place i would never recommend and visit again.”

“上次入住，清潔度完全不行，電話上面有鼻涕，廁所沒有打掃乾淨，噁心到極點，反應後，也沒有任何人處理 本來決定不會再入住，但是家人是Novotel 支持者，選擇再給一次機會 所以這次訂的是家庭兩房，一進入房間就是惡臭味，經理到達現場後，幫我們換了新房間。 換了之後，變成新房間有潮濕味，已經懶得反映了。 ”

“Super interesting cottages of straw, wood, and bamboo. Outdoor toilet and shower but still private and surprisingly wonderful! Strongly recommend. Beautiful music played in the restaurant, especially at breakfast time. No complaints from me. But visitors need ro be okay with a little rustic, outdoorsy vibe.”
