Very accommodating. Pet friendly. Clean rooms. Nice continental breakfast. Free coffee 24/7 in lobby. Nice employees

The host was very helpful and accommodating and available and respectful! The place had a lot to do and items so we didn't have to pack as much.

Our 4th year coming to Timber Ridge. Friendly staff comfy beds and fun at the waterpark! Resort is a little outdated but gives it rustic charm. The only complaint is the water temperature could be a few degrees warmer.

If it was possible to give this host and property more than five stars, we would! Mike was extremely responsive with any questions (even on Thanksgiving day!) and provided detailed and clear check in/check out instructions and misc. details about the property. It was the only hotel to choose from in the area. Jacked up prices for poor quality room.
