"Excellent house for a large group (there were 7 of us), kitchen was well stocked, host was super easy to work with (and accommodating). The only awareness would be there isn't a bathroom on the main floor (kitchen, living, dining), not a big deal unless you had mobility challenges. Off street parking was great, and the neighborhood was nice.. "

"Very clean, comfortable, and quiet property. Although advertised one car parking, actually can park 2, which is good since limited street parking in a crowded neighborhood. Highly recommended if you're staying in the NYC area."

"Great location and helpful owner! Just minutes from JFK, short drive to Flushing Meadows and LaGuardia. Had a good time with extended family. Comfy beds, furniture. Some small hiccups in a newly refurbed place and first-time rental, for example, soap, salt-pepper, and 3 fun functional restrooms items should help.
