“The hotel did not disclose that parking was extra at the time of booking. We have stayed there multiple times in the past. Also Manhattan is not a major city so to charge guests for parking is a money grab. Also breakfast is no longer included which was also not disclosed at the time of booking. The excuse given was new management. Very disappointing that they waited until I arrived to disclose this information as a result I will never be booking with them again”

“The check in clerk overnight was TERRIBLY rude. He was more interested in taking his personal phone call and told me he was “doing me a favor” by allowing me to check in past 2am (I tried calling to ask about this, but never got the phone answered.
