“I picked this place because the balcony faced the beach which was fantastic. The beach was easy to get to. This condo is pretty old very basic and tbh needs updating. The decor is pitiful but i guess it doesn’t matter since it’s the beach you come for. If you cook you might want to bring a knife since the 1 here is pretty dull the bed is lacking and could use some new sheets as these kept in all the body heat. Possibly polyester here. Cotton would be a better choice I’m thinking or bamboo. And……

“Stayed for a week in November. Things were mostly quiet. As everyone else mentions, the check-in process requires a couple different stops around the city and is only a little inconvenient. The property is just steps away from the beach and is really close to some of the popular gathering spots on the island. Would stay here again.”

“The condo was clean and well-equipped. I will agree with previous guests that it could use a little upgrade, but I would definitely stay here again. Close to everything!”

“Wonderful property and right on the beach! The property had everything we needed for our stay. Only we issue we had was when a storm knocked out the elevators and we had to climb 7 flights of stairs. Communicated it directly with our property managers and they were quick to get someone out to fix it.”

“We stayed in this condo with some friends and our kids and had a great time! The condo is very well stocked, especially with beach toys, chairs, etc. which was awesome. Great views too. Definitely recommend!”

“The view was beautiful, just as described. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The cleaning could have been nicer. We had to move the small table in second bedroom and it was pretty dirty under and dirty under some of the other furniture. The electrical outlets in the bedrooms did not work properly so we had to charge our cells in the kitchen. But overall we had a great time.”

“Really enjoyed the patio with beach view. Short beach walk to bars and restaurants. Got perfect view of fireworks Friday/Saturday and added bonus SpaceX launch that we just went down and sat on boardwalk couch to see! Had a great time!!!”
