“Mala organizacion en el desayuno se organizaban colas y atascos la planta 5 que es la de recepcion habia mucho ruido, por lo demas la habitacion amplia y nueva las habitaciones que daban al mar necesitan aire acondicionado, lugar situacion super tranquila.”

“This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. What makes this hotel a gem, though, is the amazing staff. Since it was a new hotel, they had some difficulties……

“We were upgraded to an Ocean View Suite and it was superb. The views were amazing. It was my birthday while there and we came back to our room to find a balloon, Cava and chocolate, it was a lovely surprise. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. We often stay in Puerto de la Cruz but until now have never found accommodation we were happy with. Now we have and we will definitely stay again. Small but important thing… the balcony door did not have a handle outside. The door had……

“Our stay here was excellent and we felt well taken care of throughout the stay. We were greeted with a glass of Cava on arrival, booked the standard double but received a large corner room with two balconies and a lovely view of the hills and Teide. Clean room and daily housekeeping. Great selection at the buffet breakfast. The hotel felt modern, clean and well placed away from the busyness of the coast strip, but still close enough to get out and explore Puerto. Pool was on the smaller side……

“Room had no windows to the outside just internal windows viewing the corridor and into an air duct which could be noisy. I did request information from the hotel regarding this when it was brought to my attention however they never answered my query. Beautiful views couldn't be enjoyed. The staff I came into contact with were all very nice.”
