“The breakfast was okay”

“The hotel was beautiful. The room was also beautiful. However, we had no turn dorm service or cleaning services done in our room when we were gone. Consider considering the the price of the room, I think that that should have definitely been a priority. We had to ask for clean towels. Also the rooftop bar staff was not that great we waited probably 30-40minutes for a drink and the price for a drink was overpriced”

“We had a long layover in Rome, and decided to book with this hotel for a few hours of sleep; the location is ideal and only a short walk from the Rome Termini Station. The staff were helpful, and toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap, shampoo, and body wash were included for two persons in the room (which was a great help, since our bags did not make it with us to Rome). Would recommend this hotel.”
