“Giulio was responsive to every question. Very attentive. This is like an air bnb situation but Italy style. Older building but it does have a tiny elevator which is helpful to get to the 5th floor. We had two carry on type pieces of luggage that fit together with us inside. You do have to walk up one flight of stairs. Basic room with a small safe but everything was clean. Also has A/C which is a bonus. Many great restaurants in walking distance….like amazing restaurants! It’s one stop on the……

“This is the perfect location, right next to the Colosseum, we were able to go rooftop anytime to enjoy the best day/night view of the Colosseum. Staff was very friendly in helping us with shuttle to FCO airport, recommending restaurants and helping with luggage. The room was clean, spacious with high-roof, two large windows for fresh air to come in! we will definitively choose this place to stay if we visit Rome again in the future.”

“Liked that it was close to colosseum and other attractions we were able to walk to. The room was attractive, clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. AC worked great. Liked that it had a small lounge at entry with coffee machine. The elevator didnt always work, but it worked when we had luggage,haha. Showers were great also. Our host Francesco was kind, informative, and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.”
