"Older,basic hotel. Very nice staff. Decent breakfast and coffee bar. Low pet fee. Comfortable mattress,no carpet.great for pets. Floors need better cleaning, but rest goid."

"The staff was friendly. Check in was was a pleasant experience after a long day of driving. The room was clean. The overall appearance of the room was ok. The decor was dark and my first impression was what are they hiding? The walls were rough from poor patching. “Free Breakfast” consisted of 3 types of cereal, and juice/ coffee. One look and I turned around and opted to leave."

"It was nice to have an indoor pool, even though it was small. Just had some small problems with things not working (eg. TV, pool door), but they were able to help me with these. Room was small, but had everything I needed. Breakfast was simple but nice."

"The rooms are nice and seem to be relatively recently updated. The outside doesn't look as nice as the inside. Breakfast was better than expected."

"This hotel was outdated. The blinds did not work well. The door did not seal tight. Things were dusty. It did not smell fresh at all. The ice machine did not work.The bathroom floor looked dirty. I will not be returning to this place."

"Great place. Extremely quiet and secure parking. Staff was great and clean rooms with very comfortable beds"

"This hotel was FILTHY! Bed bugs in room 415, cleaning staff reused sheets from previous guests as both beds had hair in them. The toilet was nasty and stained/rusted. There were fingerprints on the TV. The key card reader didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk twice and the night employee finally came up and opened it. When I reported reported the problems, the behavior and attitude of the housekeeping manager and the morning front desk staff was shameful. Refused to provide name and contact for the GM, other than “Ms. Dixon” to get a proper resolution. This hotel is ghetto, with terrible staff and customer service. I’ve reported this to Hilton already. Please take your business elsewhere. I’ll let my credit card company handle it going forward."
