“It’s a pleasant experience to stay in this B & B. The host Tom is very friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated bedroom with everything I need. There’s a kettle and a few types of tea inside the room, and the breakfast is more than good enough for me. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Knighton. It’s just a small town and so it’s within walking distance to all main attractions.”

“This is a converted coaching inn at the junction of a few roads. Easy parking, good breakfasts and dinners, plenty of character. A bit of a downside if you’re a light sleeper with the traffic and kitchen exhaust system. Otherwise, easy place to stay.”

This particular room was a little small but with a big, comfy bed. Perfect for a base to sleep when going out during the day. Staff on site where hard working and helpful. “This is a beautiful property . Very spacious rooms . Very comfortable beds quite clean . The mini bar had complementary drinks but didn't know it till the next evening when we asked as we dint want to be charged any extra . Spa wasn't too bad realy they even had an area outside the spa to chill in the sun. The *1630* had amazing food loved it . The breakfast was a delight with so much variety. I realy can't fault it except for the unclear sign of where the actual reception was . Parking was……

“The property was ideal for a base to visit the surrounding area. Our bedroom and the property generally was clean and tidy. The owner and staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fine but the 'help yourself' fruit in the dining area was not fresh. Parking could be an issue near the hotel but our disability parking permit helped.”
