Sailfish Marina Tours

I had an overall amazing stay at B Ocean Resort and would absolutely give it five stars. The property itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is vibrant and relaxing, and the amenities were truly 10/10—everything from the beach access to the pool and service exceeded expectations. That said, I do want to share one part of my experience that didn’t match the rest. I paid an additional $100 to upgrade my room from a standard king to an oceanfront balcony king, but unfortunately the room I received was not in great condition and felt below the standard of the resort. It was disappointing given how incredible everything else was. I also followed the instructions provided by management to reach out via text before posting a review. I did send a message and provided my information, but unfortunately never received a follow-up, which was a bit disappointing as I was hoping to resolve the issue directly. Aside from that, the staff, location, and overall experience were outstanding. I genuinely loved my time there and would definitely return, just hoping for a better room experience and communication next time.
