“We drove all day to NOLA and were beyond excited to stay at the Railyard. The hosts were communicative, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed or could want. I love MCM, trains, and supporting our community. I never wanted to leave! The teeeniest detail, I’m a princess and the bed was a wee bit hard. Nevertheless, we will be back as soon as possible! Miss yall already! ”

“Amazing friendly and courteous staff. We were recieved with goodybags with water and freshly baked cookies and recomendation of things to do on and off the property. The room was clean with a great view. The property was absolutely amazing and I'm bummed my stay wasn't longer to take advantage of all the things that could be done there. Definitely planning another trip there. Oh and the breakfast was so delicious!!! Never had grits before and was never interested but they served shrimp and grits……

“We absolutely loved our stay! The host is amazing. He responded to every question within minutes and offered lots of helpful suggestions. The location could not have been more perfect for us! It is half a block from all of the great live music on FrenchmanSt. We went every night! We could not hear the music from our room, but we could hear street noise on the weekend. Slept well with ear plugs. The Marigny felt very safe, full of funky art and neighborhood restaurants and bars. People in New……

“A charming property in a beautiful neighborhood. The staff was thoughtful and accommodating. When my flight was delayed they kept the office open to help me settle upon arrival and they worked with my schedule for breakfast, local recommendations, and departure time. The building is beautiful, classic New Orleans style and a very interesting place to stay. The room was comfortable and felt safe and private. Stay at Fairchild house - you won't be disappointed! ”

“Great space. Was in town for my brother's bachelor party. Plenty of space for all of us. Beautiful house and close to everything. We only took one cab the whole weekend, to play golf. Would recommend this house to any group visiting New Orleans.”

“Great location. We loved having the Treme' Community Center playground right across the street. They also have an indoor pool free to public. We saw brass bands right on the corner twice. Walking distance to Congo Square. The house is big, clean, solid and beautiful. Primary en suite bedroom is outside kitchen door to back porch with an apple tree right out the door. Highly recommend, would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks! ”
