The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.

Everything was great, but our room didn’t have a safe. We asked about it, but nobody could help us. They also need to let guests use the stairs—we were on the second floor and had to wait the elevator for five minutes just to go up one flight.
