The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. “Everything was good. I would recommend to someone when they were in St Cloud. Sure will return. Only one thing need to be improved is water drainage from my bathroom. It's s bit too slow. But it's fine for this minor issue.”

“everything is so good, the hotel is new. price is reasonable. one thing just want to mention that they charge me the breakfast for over $20.00 that the booking was stated including. we spend $38 for 3 people”

Only thing was i filled out the pre check in through the email the night before, entered my credit card, vehicle information but they still had me do it all again when i got to the lobby to check in. Not the end of the world but i wouldnt of taken the time to fill it out the night before if i knew i had to do it again but staff was great so that was great”

“Earlier this month, I received a 24 hours to vacate notice unexpectedly. This caused me great anxiety and little time to move all my belongings. No where for my dog or me to go. Initially I had stayed at a different hotel in town before arriving here. I didn't think the previous hotel was terrible but holy cow am I happy I gave this place a shot. America's Best Value is by far superior. Great price! The room size is livable. I've been here for a couple weeks now Both the rooms and the common……
