“Awesome front desk service! We were there for a dance competition snow storm came. Very accommodating- clean room comfortable beds. Excellent location. All around very comfortable stay!”

The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. “When we arrived and checked in we went to our room and when we unlocked the door with our card there was someone still using the room. So we went back to the front desk to tell them there was someone still in the room the staff had no clue that there was someone still in the room. The person at the front desk got us another room and when we got in that room it didn't look like it was even cleaned. There was hair in the sheets of the bed and hair all over the bathroom floor. One of the rooms in our party had heavily stained carpet and furniture that appeared to have bodily fluids or vomit stains, and it did not look like the room had been properly cleaned before check-in. Photos were taken documenting the condition. Because of the sanitation concerns, our group decided to relocate to another hotel. The location is……

“Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink.”

“There was no trash can in my room when I arrived. The towel for the floor and the have towel in the bathroom had black marks on them. There was only one wash cloth. There was trash on the floor by the nightstand. The charger didn't work on the one lamp and the outlet was blocked by the nightstand. One of the 3 pillows had burn holes in the pillowcase and another had blue ink all over it. The bed want lined up with the headboard (which was mounted to the wall and not attached to the bed). The……
